Great 😃. The problem is the patrons. The Patrons are sloppy & careless when moving into and out of the storage units. Patrons damage the walls & floors. The management must then, increase fees to cover the price of repairs and painting. I have never seen a mouse or signs of mice in the climate controlled storage units, but the company has plenty of mouse traps around the building. 😃

Great place for storage. Good prices and provider of U- Haul vans and trucks. The place is well kept and they have very clean grounds around there.

Staff is well versed in their facility's features! They answered every question i had with ease and were extremely pleasant.

So they got pretty much everything you need as well as the customer service is nice. I won't lie having to use your number for the elevator is a hassle but hey I was able to store all my stuff that I will never use. Like a old house phone.

Great service and staff. Never rented a unit before, but needed one while we put our house on the market and moved. Sandy was super helpful at walking me around, showing me a few different units, and being reasonable in not trying to upsell me into a bigger unit that I didn't need. If we ever need a unit again, we will most certainly look here first.

We did have storage there at one point no issues. I have rented U hauls from them many times and will return when I need to rent again. The service is always great!

I have had a unit here since 2012, when I downsized. During that time I was able to again downsize from a large unit to a smaller one. Each unit was always easy to access, and I've always been satisfied with the units themselves. The staff has been helpful throughout this multi year experience. I no longer need a storage unit, but would not hesitate to return here if need be.

I haven't used the storage unit yet so this review is based on first impressions and not longterm usage. "Mike" was the only person on duty shortly before closing time, but he was extremely helpful and professional as he juggled "minding the store" along with showing me around and getting the rental paperwork processed. Mike knew about the business and answered a myriad of questions from me about how the rental worked. The place itself appeared clean and well taken care of with lots of moving carts to help you load up your stuff and drag it to your storage unit. The main office serves also as a retail store for other potential needs such as packing materials, boxes, and locks for the unit you rent or even renting vehicles to help you get your stuff to the storage facility. They employ quite a bit of security features in the building and the hours that you can move your stuff in and out will be very convenient for some of the extensive moving I'm going to be doing. I'm not going to be storing anything valuable in the unit, mainly old papers that I have to go through and destroy, so I'm not too concerned about climate control or environmental features, but just be warned that there are no lights or electricity in the units, which is typically the case for these types of storage units, so you're kind of limited as to what you can actually do in the unit, which is mainly moving stuff in and out. Overall, I was quite pleased with the entire experience of setting up the rental of the unit, and I don't anticipate any really disappointing problems in the future. If I encounter any, I'll present them in my follow-up review regarding the longterm storage experience. NEW OBSERVATIONS: OK, I've used Stack & Store for about a year now, and I've been in and out of this place about 4-6 times or so over the past year, and I can now give a somewhat longer range rating. All in all, I'm still very pleased with the way this place is set up and operated. It's always clean where my stuff is stored and there are no noxious odors. Also, nothing that I have stored here appears to have been damaged. Although there are no lights in the storage unit itself, I can still go into the place and open up my unit and have enough light with just having the door open to go through and examine and read the many papers, documents, journals, and other stuff that I have stored there. I even managed to bring up a small card table and a folding chair to help me when I need to sort out what I want to keep and what I'm definitely throwing out. So overall, I've been very happy with the cleanliness, convenience, and usability of this indoor unit!

I'm a new tenant here and was impressed about how neat and clean everything is and how helpful the desk clerk was. There is always plenty of carts available to move heavy/bulky items from your vehicle to your storage space. I'm on the second floor, but this is not a problem because the available elevator makes moving to a different floor very easy.

Always been professional and even understanding when life gets tough. Been times when i may have to be late with payment and this place Stack and store didnt auction my things off. Been with them for 2years and i will recommend them to anybody they needs a clean, professional, family oriented facility.

Great service, very friendly people that went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had a storage locker here for a few years and never had any problems. I've also used them for a truck rental which was great.
